SMM 293-TI medium is used in HEK293 cells suspension culture and the target molecules expression. The product contains glutamine, HEPES, sodium bicarbonate, amino acids, vitamins and phenol red, trace elements, such as PluronicÒ F-68 components in favour of HEK293 cell growth and expression. The product contents no serum, no antibiotics and no animal-derived components, which is conducive to the establishment of a stable HEK293 cell expression system. In the expression stage after transfection, SMS 293-SUPI, a feeding solution, was used to achieve long-term cell culture and higher protein production.
