Human Receptor

Receptors are proteins, usually cell surface receptors, which bind to a substance (eg. a cytokine) and cause responses in the immune system. Receptors can be found in various immune cells like B cells, T cells, NK cells, monocytes and stem cells, etc.

Human receptor partipates in maintaining our normal life activities. When human receptor changes, it may increase the risk of cancer. For example, EGF receptor overexpression or overactivity have been associated with a number of cancers, including squamous-cell carcinoma of the lung, anal cancers, glioblastoma and epithelian tumors of the head and neck.

Sino Biological offers a variety of receptors from different species, such as human receptor, mouse receptor, rat receptor and cynomolgus receptor. In addition, Sino Biological provides premium quality full services for biological research and development to customers worldwide. Learn more about Biology CRO service.
